AI Automation

Stop paying people to copy and paste.

We build AI automations that take over the repetitive work your business still does by hand — connecting the systems you already use, running around the clock, without errors and without holidays.

The pattern

Four symptoms of a business running on manual work

Almost every engagement starts with at least two of these. If you recognise three, there is a great deal of time on the table.

01

Data lives in five places

The same information is retyped into spreadsheets, the CRM and email, every day, by people you hired to think.

02

Follow-ups slip

Leads and clients go quiet because nobody had time to chase them — not because nobody cared.

03

Headcount is the only lever

You hire to absorb volume rather than complexity, and cost rises faster than output.

04

You know it can be fixed

You are certain automation would help. You are not certain where it should start.

Where it works

Three areas where the return shows up fastest

Most projects start in one of these and expand into the others once the first one is running and trusted.

Sales and pipeline

A form submission becomes a qualified, enriched, routed and followed-up opportunity without anyone touching it.

  • Web forms into your CRM, enriched automatically
  • AI scoring so the strongest leads surface first
  • Sequences that stop the moment someone replies
  • Pipeline reporting built and sent on schedule

Finance and admin

Invoices arrive as attachments and leave as reconciled entries. Chasing payment stops being somebody’s Friday afternoon.

  • AI reads invoices and extracts the figures
  • Entries pushed into your accounting system
  • Approval routing before anything is paid
  • Automatic reminders on overdue payments

Operations and delivery

Everything that happens after the sale — onboarding, documents, updates, reporting — handled identically every time.

  • Onboarding from signature to kickoff
  • Documents generated and filed automatically
  • Status updates sent before they are asked for
  • Recurring reports assembled from live data
How it runs

Five steps, and you see every one of them

01

Discovery

A conversation to map what your business does day to day, and where the hours actually go.

02

Proposal

A written scope with a fixed price and a delivery date. No hourly billing, no open estimate.

03

Build

We design, build and test it, showing progress as we go. Nothing is a black box.

04

Deliver

Handover with documentation and a walkthrough, so your people can run it and check it.

05

Support

A support window after delivery, and monitoring afterwards if you want it watched permanently.

Ways to work together

Three depths of engagement

Every engagement is a fixed price, agreed in writing before anything begins. What that price is depends on your processes, so we work it out together rather than guessing in public.

Start here

Single Process

Days, not months

One process, built and tested end to end. The lowest-risk way to find out whether this changes anything for you.

  • One automated process, live in production
  • Two systems connected
  • Written documentation you own
  • Walkthrough session
  • Support window after delivery

Most common

Complete Workflow

A few weeks

A whole process with several steps, decisions and systems — the point at which automation starts changing how the week feels.

  • Multi-step automation with AI decisions
  • Several systems connected together
  • Conditional logic and error handling
  • Documentation and written procedures
  • Training session for your team
  • Extended support after delivery

Operational Transformation

A few months

Connected automations across departments, with an AI assistant trained on your own data and a dashboard over all of it.

  • Full audit of the processes in scope
  • Interconnected automations across teams
  • Custom AI assistant on your own data
  • Central monitoring dashboard
  • Training programme for your people
  • Extended support and ongoing monitoring

Before you start

Automation is the second step, not the first

If a process only exists in somebody’s head, there is nothing for an automation to connect to. That is the most common reason these projects stall — and it is fixable.

We would rather tell you that at the start than three weeks into a build. If your processes are not written down or not yet in systems that can talk to each other, the sensible first move is to fix that — and it is usually faster and cheaper than people expect.

Before you ask

Questions people ask first

Do I need to understand the technology?

No. You explain how your business works; the technical side is our problem. You will be able to see what the automation does and confirm it is working, which is a different thing from needing to build it.

Which systems can you connect?

Most business software: Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, WhatsApp, Stripe and hundreds of others. If a tool has an API, it can almost certainly be connected.

What does it cost?

It depends entirely on what the process is and how many systems it touches, so any number quoted before that conversation would be invented. Every engagement is a fixed price agreed in writing before work starts — no hourly billing and no revision at the end. Get in touch and you will have a real figure quickly.

How quickly does it pay for itself?

That depends on how much time the process currently consumes. We estimate it with you before you commit, using your numbers rather than ours — and we will tell you if the answer is that it does not.

What happens when something breaks?

Every engagement includes a support window after delivery. Beyond that, ongoing monitoring is available, which is worth considering once the automation is something you depend on.

Can we start small?

Yes, and most clients do. The single-process engagement exists precisely so you can see real results before committing further.

Do you work outside Europe?

Yes. European SMEs are the main focus, but we work with businesses anywhere, in English, Spanish, French and Portuguese.
